We enjoyed Dyker Heights. The driver did not take us by Rockefeller Centre. It was very disappointing. We felt that should’ve been the first stop.

Our driver Gregory was FABULOUS!! He kept us informed of when he was going to arrive to pick us up from the cruise terminal. After he picked us up we had 3 hours of seeing the highlights of New York. There were certain things we wanted to see and he made recommendations of others. Definitely would use this company again and especially our driver Gregory.
Highly recommend using Silver Star! We rented a large party bus for our wedding day on July 29th. It was a super, super hot day and they had the AC pumping which was so nice! They were on time, very accommodating with all the stops we had them make. Our driver was so attentive, and the bus was fully stocked with ice, cups, and champagne! Now I just need to think of another reason to use them again!
When it came to picking our wedding vendors, it wasn't even a question who we'd use when it came to transportation except Silver Star! They have exceptional customer service and the highest quality vehicles and drivers. Paula was always quick and responsive in the planning process. For our wedding we got the Rolls Royce Ghost, driven by Ronny, who was on time, careful driving and caring for the bride and her comfort. Ronny and Miguel helped the bride out of the car and into the church, helped when the aisle runner needed to be cut and fixed the bride's train so she was ready to walk down the aisle. Miguel drove the party bus for our bridal party, who navigated small streets with ease. He was helpful in getting the bridal party off the bus and organized into the church in an efficient manner. Lastly, Victor drove our hotel shuttle bus. He was punctual and our shuttle ride went smoothly! Silver Star is simply amazing and a MUST for any wedding! I cannot recommend them enough!

We used Silver Star for shuttle transportation for our daughter’s wedding this weekend. Paula was excellent in guiding us through the logistics of moving the bridal party and guests from the hotel to the venue and back. Her experience and professionalism are outstanding. Both drivers were courteous, professional and patient. The bridal party was a little ahead of schedule and we made a slight change to the itinerary - the driver was understanding and flexible. I used Silver Star for my wedding on 09.16 and they were amazing!!! I would 100% recommend. I worked with Paula and she was amazing. As I bride I obviously needed everything perfect and needed a reliable company. Paula was always patient and willing to help me with all my questions. She guided me in the right direction. They were on time for ALL pickups and everything went smoothly. The party bus IS A MUST!!!! Worth every dollar. It was one of the best parts of our night. Our driver was amazing! He was so professional and let us really party on the party bus. It was really so great! I would not use anyone else. Overall the experience was great. We had to switch very last minute and were lucky to find Silver Star, who could accommodate our wedding party and our hotel guests to and from the venue. Thank you to our contact, Paula Dias, for all your help! Our driver, Fernando, was reassuringly early, polite, and knew where he was going. He had all the requested items in the limo ready to go and made us feel comfortable and relaxed as we made our way to the venue. I would definitely recommend Silver Star to anyone who is looking for transportation.
